Goal One
Staff up to dive into the research and needs of the community to solve the housing issues that are before us in cooperation with Town government and other non-profits.
Goal Two
Raise $25,000 in funds to launch the first winter initiative where we have at least three other inns host at least 5 artists in total. Fundraising goals can be met by a variety of programs to be implemented such as donations link when booking rooms online. Our goal is to create new fundraising sources.
Goal Three
Get the legal assistance required to set up Provincetown’s Community Land Trust where people can bequeath properties to the Trust in perpetuity for public purposes like affordable housing. Build other initiatives within the Trust to assist queer artists live affordably while building equity.
